Coupons cannot be used in the following cases.
Be sure to confirm these items before using your coupon.

  • ● Only one renewel coupon be acquired per month.
  • ● The information stated above is subject to change or termination without notice.
  • The Combo Discount coupon can only be applied to Cubism PRO annual plans.

    Only PRO Upgrade Coupons can be applied to 3-year plans.

  • You must subscribe to Live2D JUKU or nizima LIVE to obtain the new-subscriber coupon.

    Please note that you cannot apply the PRO Upgrade Combo Discount coupon retroactively after purchasing a subscription to Cubism PRO.

  • PRO Renewal coupons can only be used for one payment.

    Coupon codes applied before the second year renewal cannot be used again for the third year renewal. Please issue and use another coupon code.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can the Combo Discount and Friend Referral coupon be used together?

    It depends on whether you are purchasing a new subscription or renewing your current subscription.
    For new subscription purchases, you can only use one coupon: Combo Discount (for upgrading) or Friend Referral (received from a referring friend).
    However, when renewing a current subscription, both the Combo Discount (renewal coupon) and Friend Referral (automatic discount to the referrer) can be used together.

  • Can I recieve the coupon if I'm already subscribed to Live2D JUKU/nizima LIVE?

    Yes, you can. For subscribers to Live2D JUKU, please see the members-only post in the official channel. For subscribers to nizima LIVE, please check for an email titled "[Live2D Combo Discount] For nizima LIVE Subscribers"

  • I don’t know how to use the coupon.

    Please check our help site for detailed instructions on how to use　coupons.

  • If I subscribe to both Live2D JUKU and nizima LIVE, can I use two coupons?

    No, only one coupon can be used per payment.

  • I issued a coupon, but I have not received it in my email.
